This product contains aspirin, and its mechanism of action is to acetylate the cyclooxygenase of platelets, thereby inhibiting the release reaction of platelets, reducing the adhesion rate of platelets, and preventing thrombosis. Dipyridamole has a strong dilating effect on coronary blood vessels, significantly enhancing coronary flow and myocardial oxygen supply. It can also inhibit platelet aggregation and prevent thrombosis. Acetylsalicylic acid and dipyridamole have a synergistic effect, which can significantly enhance the anti-thrombotic effect and improve microcirculation.

Each tablet of this product contains 75 mg of aspirin and 25 mg of dipyridamole.
