This product is an acidic polysaccharide drug. It is synthesized by introducing effective groups based on alginic acid as the basic raw material by chemical methods. It has strong dispersing and emulsifying properties and is not easily affected by external factors. Because it has the characteristics of anionic polyelectrolyte fiber structure, the charge is concentrated along the chain. Under the action of its electric repulsion, the surface of cells rich in negative charge can enhance the mutual repulsion, so it can resist the adhesion between red blood cells and between red blood cells and blood vessel walls, and has the effect of improving the viscoelasticity of blood rheology. In addition, this product can inactivate thrombin, and its anticoagulant effect is equivalent to 1/3 to 1/2 of heparin. It can prevent platelet adhesion to collagen and inhibit platelet aggregation caused by damage to the vascular endothelium, activation of adenosine diphosphate (ADP) thrombin, and release reaction, so it has prostaglandin (PGI2)-like effects such as anti-thrombosis, lowering blood viscosity, micro-arteriovenous spasm, and depolymerization of red blood cells and platelets. This product also has a significant effect of lowering blood lipids. After use, it can not only rapidly reduce plasma cholesterol, triglycerides, low-density lipoprotein (LDL), very low-density lipoprotein (VLDL), etc., but also increase the level of serum high-density lipoprotein (HDL), which can inhibit the occurrence and development of atherosclerotic lesions. This product has a significant dilation effect on peripheral blood vessels, can effectively improve microcirculation, and inhibit the formation of arteriovenous thrombosis. It not only has a therapeutic effect, but also has a reliable preventive effect. In addition, this product has multiple functions such as lowering blood sugar and blood pressure.

It is mainly used for the prevention and treatment of ischemic cerebrovascular diseases such as cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism, transient ischemic attack and cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, hyperlipoproteinemia, coronary heart disease, angina pectoris, etc. It can also be used to treat disseminated intravascular coagulation, chronic glomerulonephritis and hemorrhagic fever.

Intravenous drip: Adults, 1-3 mg/kg (50-100 mg) per time based on body weight, with a maximum of 150 mg. Dissolve in 500-1000 ml of infusion solution (normal saline or 5% glucose, 6% hydroxyethyl starch, etc.) and dilute before use. Slowly drip once a day. One course of treatment is 10-14 days.

The incidence of adverse reactions is 5% to 23%, which may include fever, leukopenia and thrombocytopenia, low blood pressure, abnormal liver function and electrocardiogram, uterine or subconjunctival hemorrhage, allergic reaction, headache, palpitations, irritability, fatigue, drowsiness, etc.

It is contraindicated for patients with a history of bleeding, hemophilia, cerebral hemorrhage, and severe liver or kidney dysfunction.
