Indication
Used to treat eye itching caused by seasonal allergic conjunctivitis and inflammation after various ophthalmic surgeries.
Usage and Dosage
Allergic conjunctivitis: 1 drop/time, 3 times a day. Various postoperative ophthalmic inflammation: Start using 24 hours before surgery, 1-2 drops/time, 3-4 times a day, and continue using for 3-4 weeks after surgery.
Adverse Reactions
1. The complications that may occur during the clinical treatment of this product include: gastrointestinal ulcers, bleeding, perforation, postoperative bleeding, renal failure, allergies, etc. 2. The adverse reactions that may occur during the clinical treatment of this product include: gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea, vomiting, indigestion, diarrhea, constipation, flatulence, gastrointestinal distension and pain; allergic reactions such as urticaria and itching; nervous system reactions such as headache, dizziness, sweating, tremor, depression, insomnia, dry mouth, inattention, paralysis; urinary system reactions such as edema, hematuria, proteinuria, polyuria, frequent urination, etc. 3. Improper use of medication or increased dosage will increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
Precautions
Patients with bleeding tendency or those who may have prolonged bleeding time due to other drugs should use with caution. Patients wearing soft contact lenses are prohibited from using this product.
Drug Interactions
1. When this drug is used in combination with other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, adverse reactions increase and should be avoided. 2. The combined use of diuretics can increase the adverse reactions of this drug. 3. This drug is used in combination with morphine or pethidine hydrochloride to treat postoperative pain without obvious adverse interactions. 4. It is used in combination with certain anti-infective drugs such as beta-lactam penicillins, cephalosporins and aminoglycoside antibiotics, antiemetics, laxatives, bronchodilators, etc. There is no drug interaction. Drug-food interaction: Food can reduce the absorption rate of this drug, but it does not affect the absorption rate.
