Function and Efficacy
This product is a nutritionally complete nutritional preparation that can provide the necessary nutrients and energy for the human body and meet the patient's needs for essential amino acids, essential fatty acids, vitamins, minerals and trace elements. The nutrients contained in this product are derived from natural foods, similar to the ingredients in normal human diet, and have no toxic effects on the human body.

Appearance
This product is a light grayish yellow to light brown emulsion containing a solid suspension.
Indication
This product is suitable for patients with malnutrition or dietary disorders of gastrointestinal function, including patients after trauma or craniofacial and cervical surgery; patients with difficulty chewing and swallowing; patients with unclear consciousness or receiving mechanical ventilation; patients who need nutritional supplements after surgery; patients with anorexia nervosa, etc. This product does not contain dietary fiber and can be used for patients with severe gastrointestinal stenosis; patients with intestinal fistula; and preoperative or pre-diagnosis intestinal preparation.
Usage and Dosage
This product is used by tube feeding or oral administration, and the daily dose should be calculated according to the patient's weight and nutritional status. 1. Patients who use this product as the only source of nutrition: the recommended dose is 30ml (3okcal)/kg per day based on body weight. 2. Patients who use this product to supplement nutrition: use 500-1000ml per day according to the patient's needs. When administering by tube feeding, the dose should be gradually increased, with a rate of about 20ml per hour on the first day, and then increasing by 20ml per hour every day, with a maximum drip rate of 125ml per hour. Adjust the infusion rate by gravity or pump.
Adverse Reactions
If the infusion is too rapid or the dosage is severely excessive, gastrointestinal reactions such as nausea, vomiting or diarrhea may occur.
Precautions
1. Acute abdomen, decreased gastrointestinal tension, acute pancreatitis; 2. Gastrointestinal failure, severe indigestion or malabsorption; 3. Intestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding; 4. Severe liver and kidney dysfunction; 5. Congenital metabolic disorder of the nutrients contained in this product.
Special Population Medication
Precautions for children: This product is formulated according to the nutritional requirements of adults and is mainly used in adult patients. There is less clinical experience in children. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Pregnant women in the first three months of pregnancy and women of childbearing age should not take more than 10,000 IU of vitamin A per day. This factor should be considered when this product is used with other nutritional preparations containing vitamin A. Precautions for the elderly: This product is suitable for elderly patients.
Drug Interactions
This product contains vitamin K. Patients using coumarin anticoagulants should be aware of drug interactions.
Storage
Store below 25°C, do not freeze, keep tightly closed. After opening, store in refrigerator (2-10°C) for up to 24 hours. Valid for 18 months.
