Dextromethorphan hydrobromide is a centrally acting antitussive that can inhibit the cough center in the medulla oblongata to produce an antitussive effect. Its antitussive effect is equal to or slightly stronger than that of codeine, and it is non-addictive and non-tolerant when taken for a long time. Guaifenesin is an expectorant that can increase the secretion of respiratory glands, dilute sputum, and make it easier to cough up.

Each package of this product contains 15 mg of dextromethorphan hydrobromide and 100 mg of guaifenesin.

This product is white or off-white granules.

Used for cough and sputum caused by upper respiratory tract infection, acute bronchitis, etc.

Oral administration. Children over 12 years old and adults take 1 to 2 packs at a time, 3 times a day. No more than 4 times in 24 hours. 　　Dosage for children under 12 years old: Age: 1-3 years old, weight: 10-15 kg, one-time dosage: 1/2 (packet); Age: 4-6 years old, weight: 16-21 kg, one-time dosage: 1/2 (packet); Age: 7-9 years old, weight: 22-26 kg, one-time dosage: 1 (packet); Age: 10-12 years old, weight: 28-32 kg, one-time dosage: 1 (packet). 　　Frequency 3 times a day. No more than 5 times in 24 hours.

Symptoms may include dizziness, headache, drowsiness, irritability, belching, lack of appetite, constipation, nausea, skin allergies, etc. These reactions will disappear on their own after stopping the medication.
