Topotecan Hydrochloride
Indication
For the treatment of metastatic ovarian cancer after failure of first-line chemotherapy or subsequent chemotherapy.
Precautions
1. Patients with a history of allergic reaction to topotecan or any of its ingredients are contraindicated. 2. Patients who are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have severe bone marrow suppression are contraindicated.
Special Population Medication
Precautions during pregnancy and lactation: It is contraindicated in patients who are pregnant, lactating or have severe bone marrow suppression.
