Function and Efficacy
1. Pharmacological action This product is a drug for the prevention and treatment of influenza. It blocks the replication of the virus by inhibiting the fusion of the lipid membrane of the influenza virus with the host cells. In vitro cell culture tests directly inhibit the replication of influenza viruses A and B, and in vivo animal tests reduce the mortality of mice infected with influenza viruses. 2. Toxicological studies Long-term toxicity: This product was continuously administered by gavage, 100-125 mg/kg for 6 months in rats and 25 mg/kg for 6 months in dogs, and no obvious toxic reactions were observed. Reproductive toxicity: This product has no teratogenic effect on rats. Genetic toxicity: This product has no mutagenic effect after in vivo and in vitro tests.

Appearance

Indication

Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: Adults: 0.2g at a time, 3 times a day, for 5 days.
Adverse Reactions
