This product can inhibit the synthesis of prostaglandins and has antipyretic and analgesic effects.

Acetaminophen.

This product is white or off-white granules with sweet taste.

It is used to treat fever caused by the common cold or influenza in children, and is also used to relieve mild to moderate pain such as headache, joint pain, migraine, toothache, muscle pain, neuralgia, and dysmenorrhea.

Occasionally, skin rash, urticaria, drug fever and granulocytopenia may occur. Long-term and large-scale use of the drug may lead to abnormal liver and kidney function.

Precautions for the elderly: Due to the decline of liver and kidney functions in elderly patients, the half-life of this product is prolonged and adverse reactions are prone to occur. It should be used with caution or in a reduced dosage.
