Indication
It is mainly used for ovarian cancer, small cell lung cancer, non-small cell lung cancer, head and neck squamous cell carcinoma, esophageal cancer, seminoma, bladder cancer, mesothelioma, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Dissolve this product in 5% glucose injection to a concentration of 10mg/ml, then add 250-500ml of 5% glucose injection for intravenous drip. The general adult dosage is 200-400mg/m2 per body surface area, once every 3-4 weeks; 2-4 times as a course of treatment. It can also be used at a dose of 50mg/m2 per body surface area, once a day, for 5 consecutive days, repeated at intervals of 4 weeks.
Adverse Reactions
1 Common reactions: ① Bone marrow suppression is the dose-limiting toxicity. White blood cells and platelets reach the lowest point 21 days after medication, and usually recover around 30 days after medication; the lowest point of granulocytes occurs 21 to 28 days after medication, and usually recovers around 35 days; white blood cell and platelet reduction is dose-related and has an accumulation effect; ② Pain at the injection site. 2 Less common reactions: ① Allergic reactions (rash or itching, occasionally wheezing and coughing), which occur within a few minutes after medication; ② Peripheral neurotoxicity: numbness or tingling in the fingers or toes; ③ Ototoxicity: high-frequency hearing loss occurs first, and tinnitus is occasionally seen; ④ Blurred vision, mucositis or stomatitis; ⑤ Nausea and vomiting, constipation or diarrhea, loss of appetite, hair loss and dizziness, and occasionally allergic reactions and abnormal liver function.
Precautions
1. Patients with obvious bone marrow suppression and liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. Patients allergic to cisplatin or other platinum-containing compounds; 3. Patients allergic to mannitol.
Drug Interactions
1. Avoid using it with drugs that may damage kidney function, such as aminoglycoside antibiotics. 2. When used in combination with other anticancer drugs, the dose should be appropriately reduced. 3. This product should avoid contact with aluminum compounds and should not be mixed with other drugs for drip infusion.
