Beclomethasone dipropionate is a synthetic, potent topical adrenocortical hormone. Beclomethasone dipropionate aerosol has the following effects: ① Anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, antipruritic and exudation-reducing effects, which can inhibit bronchial exudates, eliminate bronchial mucosal swelling, and relieve bronchospasm. ② It can reduce and prevent tissue response to inflammation, and can eliminate fever, redness and swelling caused by local non-infectious inflammation, thereby reducing the manifestations of inflammation. ③ Immunosuppressive effect: prevent or inhibit cell-mediated immune responses, delayed allergic reactions, and reduce the expansion of primary immune responses. ④ This product has a very weak effect on sodium retention and hepatic gluconeogenesis when applied topically, and has no male, female and protein anabolic hormone-like effects, and has no significant effect on body temperature and urine. Inhalation administration is more effective than oral administration for bronchial asthma.

This product is used for the lungs and has no obvious systemic effect. It can be used for the treatment and prevention of asthma. It is used for bronchial asthma, including infectious asthma, allergic asthma and asthma patients who rely on hormone treatment, especially when bronchodilators or other antiasthmatic drugs such as sodium cromoglycate are not enough to control asthma.

For nasal spray only. Suitable for adults and children over six years old. Dosage: The recommended dosage is 2 pinches per nostril, 2 times a day. You can also use 1 pinch per nostril, 3 to 4 times a day. The daily dosage should not exceed 8 pinches (400 mu; g). For the best effect, the drug should be used regularly. The highest effect may not be achieved in the first few uses.

1. Some patients may experience adverse reactions such as dryness or burning sensation in the nose or throat, sneezing or mild nose bleeding. 2.
