Shenmai Injection

1. It has anti-shock effect. Shenmai injection can increase the blood pressure of rats with endotoxin shock, with a good dose-effect correlation. 2. It has anti-heart failure effect. Shenmai injection can improve the left ventricular systolic and diastolic function of rats with heart failure, reduce the plasma levels of angiotensin II, endothelin, and atrial natriuretic peptide; improve the left ventricular systolic and diastolic function of rats with heart failure; reduce the calcium overload of ischemic myocardial cells, and play a myocardial protective role. 3. It has anti-multi-organ ischemia effect. Shenmai injection can increase the activity of superoxide dismutase (SOD), promote the production of nitric oxide (NO), and has a certain protective effect on ischemia-reperfusion injury caused by hypovolemic shock in rabbits; it has a protective effect on myocardial ultrastructural damage caused by ischemia-reperfusion injury; it can remove oxygen free radicals produced during liver ischemia-reperfusion, and has a protective effect on the structural and functional damage of hepatocytes caused by rat liver ischemia-reperfusion; it reduces renal necrosis in animals with renal ischemia-reperfusion injury model. 4. It has anti-inflammatory effect. Shenmai injection can significantly increase the low body temperature and low peripheral blood leukocyte count of mice with endotoxin-induced systemic inflammatory response syndrome and multiple organ dysfunction syndrome model, improve the hypoglycemia state of mice caused by endotoxin, and reduce the pathological changes of various organs caused by endotoxin. 5 It has the effect of enhancing immune function. Shenmai injection can significantly increase the content of immunoglobulin G (IgG), immunoglobulin M (IgM), and immunoglobulin A (IgA) in rats. 6 It has a protective effect on the heart. Shenmai injection has a protective effect on the cardiac toxicity of rats caused by doxorubicin.

This product is a light yellow to light brown clear liquid.

Intramuscular injection: 2-4 ml at a time, once a day. Intravenous drip: 10-60 ml at a time (diluted with 250-500 ml of 5% glucose injection) or as directed by a doctor.
