1. Anti-tumor effect 3g/kg of Cinobufacini has an anti-tumor effect on mouse transplanted tumors S180 sarcoma and H22 liver cancer, and tends to prolong the life of L1210 leukemia mice. The inhibition rate of 7.5g/kg of Cinobufacini on rat W256 is 63.7%. In vitro drug tests show that 2mg/ml of Cinobufacini has a killing effect on three digestive system tumor strains (human liver cancer SMMC-7721, human gastric cancer MKN45, and human colon cancer LOVO), and its mechanism is to directly kill tumor cell DNA and cause tumor cell necrosis. From the molecular level, Cinobufacini has the effect of increasing the cAMP content in the plasma of H22 liver cancer-bearing mice and restoring the cAMP/cGMP ratio to normal. The inhibition rate of Cinobufacini alone on S180 sarcoma mice was 35.5%, and the inhibition rate increased to 71% after combined use with CTX, which was better than CTX alone, indicating that the combined use of Cinobufacini and CTX had a synergistic effect. Clinical data also showed that the combined use of Cinobufacini with 5-Fu, CTX, MTX, and VCR had a synergistic effect. The efficacy of chemotherapy combined with Cinobufacini was improved compared with single drug treatment, and it could reduce the toxic side effects of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. 2.
