Amoxicillin chewable tablets

This product is a broad-spectrum semi-synthetic penicillin, which has antibacterial effects on hemolytic streptococci, viridans streptococci, pneumococci, penicillin G-sensitive Staphylococcus aureus, gonococci, Haemophilus influenzae, enterococci, Salmonella, Salmonella typhi and Proteus. This product has no effect on Staphylococcus aureus that produces penicillinase. Bacteria have complete cross-resistance to this product and ampicillin.

The main ingredient of this product is amoxicillin

This product is white or off-white tablets with aromatic smell and sweet taste.

Upper respiratory tract infection, pharyngitis, tonsillitis, acute and chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, bronchiectasis, urinary tract infection, skin and soft tissue infection, etc. caused by bacteria sensitive to this product.

Oral administration. 0.5-1g each time, 3-4 times a day. Chew, 0.5-1g each time for adults, 3-4 times a day; 50-100mg per kilogram of body weight per day for children, divided into 3-4 times. Or follow the doctor's advice.

A small number of patients may experience digestive tract side effects such as nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, and diarrhea, which generally do not affect treatment. Occasionally, a rash may occur, and the drug should be discontinued immediately.

It is contraindicated for patients who are allergic to penicillins.
