DNA helicase inhibitor, has strong antibacterial effect on Gram-negative bacteria, Gram-positive bacteria and some anaerobic bacteria. No cross-resistance is found with other types of antibacterial drugs.

The main ingredient of this product is: ofloxacin.

This product is in the form of granules.

It is mainly used for acute and chronic bacterial infections of the urinary, reproductive, digestive system, skin, soft tissue, etc. caused by sensitive bacteria.

Oral administration: Adults: 0.2-0.3 g at a time, twice a day, or as directed by a physician.

Nausea, vomiting, stomach and abdominal discomfort, insomnia, dizziness, headache, rash and increased serum aminotransferase may occur occasionally, but they are generally tolerated and disappear after drug discontinuation.

It is contraindicated for people who are allergic to quinolones and those with epilepsy.

Precautions for children: Patients under 18 years old are prohibited from using this product. Precautions for pregnancy and lactation: Precautions for pregnant and lactating women are prohibited from using this product. Precautions for the elderly: Elderly patients often have impaired renal function. Since this product is partially excreted through the kidneys, it needs to be used in a reduced dose.
