Benproperine Phosphate Capsules

This product is a non-narcotic antitussive drug that mainly blocks the afferent sensory nerve impulses of the lung and pleural receptors. It also directly inhibits the antitussive center and has a papaverine-like smooth muscle antispasmodic effect.

The main ingredient of this product is benproperine phosphate. Its chemical name is 1-[2-(2-benzylphenoxy)-1-methylethyl]piperidine phosphate.

This product is a capsule, and its contents are white granules.

Used to treat acute and chronic bronchitis and cough caused by various stimuli.

Oral administration: 1-2 capsules at a time, 3 times a day, or as directed by your doctor.

After taking the medicine, there may be a transient numbness in the mouth and throat. In addition, there are other adverse reactions such as fatigue, dizziness, upper abdominal discomfort and rash.
