Function and Efficacy
An analog of indigo carmine. Experiments have shown that this drug has an inhibitory effect on L1210, L615, etc., and can destroy leukemia cells. Its mechanism of action is to inhibit DNA polymerase, affecting the DNA polymerization process, thereby inhibiting DNA synthesis.
Ingredients
Main component: N-methyl-[Delta;3,3-bis-dihydroindole]-2,2-dione, molecular formula: C17H12N2O2, molecular weight: 276.29.
Appearance
This product is a sugar-coated tablet, which appears dark red after removing the sugar coating.
Indication
Mainly used to treat chronic myeloid leukemia.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: adults 50 mg each time, 2 to 3 times a day.
Adverse Reactions
Common symptoms include loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, occasional joint pain, myalgia, and sometimes bone marrow suppression.
Precautions
Pregnant and lactating women are prohibited from using it.
