Function and Efficacy
This product can inhibit platelet aggregation and prevent thrombosis. It can also counteract vascular damage caused by 5-hydroxytryptamine and bradykinin, increase capillary resistance, reduce capillary permeability, and prevent edema caused by increased vascular permeability.

Appearance
This product is yellow loose mass or powder.
Indication
It is used for ischemic cerebrovascular disease (such as cerebral thrombosis, cerebral embolism), thrombophlebitis, central retinitis, edema caused by increased vascular permeability, etc.
Usage and Dosage
Intramuscular injection. 60-150 mg once, twice a day. 20 days is a course of treatment, 1-3 courses can be used, with an interval of 3-7 days between each course. Dissolve with an appropriate amount of sterile injection water before use. Intravenous drip. 240-480 mg once a day. (Dilution with 5-10% glucose injection or 0.9% sodium chloride injection or low molecular weight dextran injection before drip), 20 days is a course of treatment or follow the doctor's advice.
Adverse Reactions
Allergic reactions, flushing, headache and gastrointestinal discomfort are occasionally seen. There have been reports of patients experiencing acute cerebral edema, arrhythmia and liver toxicity after intravenous infusion of this product.
