Function and Efficacy
It works by inhibiting DNA gyrase and DNA replication in bacterial prokaryotes. Due to its unique mechanism of action, it has the characteristics of a broad antibacterial spectrum and strong antibacterial activity, and has a strong antibacterial effect on both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. It is effective against infections such as Staphylococcus, Streptococcus pyogenes, Streptococcus hemolyticus, Enterococcus, Pneumococcus, Escherichia coli, Citrobacter, Klebsiella pneumoniae, Enterobacter, Serratia, Proteus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Haemophilus influenzae, Acinetobacter, CamPylobacter, PeptostoreptoCoCus, and Chlamydia sensitive strains. There is no cross-resistance between this product and other antibacterial drugs.

Appearance
Slightly yellow or light yellow clear liquid.
Indication
It is suitable for the treatment of external eye infections such as bacterial conjunctivitis, keratitis, corneal ulcers, dacryocystitis, and postoperative infections.
Usage and Dosage
Place 1 drop inside the eyelid, 3 times a day, or as directed by your doctor.
Adverse Reactions
Occasionally, there are transient irritation symptoms, which generally do not affect medication, manifested as transient eye burning, eye pain or discomfort, pharyngitis and photophobia. Rare: allergy, eyelid edema, dry eyes and itching.
Precautions
It is contraindicated in patients allergic to ofloxacin or quinolones.

Drug Interactions
Studies on drug interactions of this product have not yet been conducted. However, it has been shown that certain quinolones can increase the blood concentration of theophylline when taken systemically, interfere with the metabolism of caffeine, and increase the effects of oral anticoagulants such as warfarin and its derivatives. If cyclosporine is taken at the same time, patients may experience a transient increase in serum creatinine.
