Function and Efficacy

This product has strong anti-inflammatory, liver cell membrane protection and liver function improvement effects. Pharmacological experiments have shown that oral administration of this product to mice can reduce the increase of serum alanine aminotransferase and aspartate aminotransferase caused by carbon tetrachloride, thioacetamide and D-galactosamine. It can also significantly reduce the morphological damage of D-galactosamine to the liver and improve the chronic damage of immune factors to the liver morphology.

Appearance

This product is white lump or powder.

Indication

This product is suitable for the treatment of chronic persistent hepatitis and chronic active hepatitis accompanied by elevated alanine aminotransferase.

Usage and Dosage

Intravenous drip, 150 mg at a time, dissolved and diluted with 250 ml of 10% glucose injection, then slowly dripped, once a day.

Adverse Reactions

A small number of patients may experience increased blood pressure, dizziness, headache, nausea, upper abdominal discomfort, abdominal distension, rash and fever, but these symptoms do not affect treatment. In severe cases, shock and pseudoaldosteronism (hypokalemia, hypernatremia and hypertension) may occur. If the adverse reactions are severe, the drug should be discontinued.

Precautions

It is contraindicated in patients with severe hypokalemia, hypernatremia, hypertension, heart failure, and renal failure.

Drug Interactions

When used in combination with diuretics such as uric acid, furosemide, ethiazide, trichloromethiazide, etc., the diuretic effect can enhance the potassium excretion effect of diammonium glycyrrhizinate contained in this product, which can easily lead to a decrease in serum potassium values. Special attention should be paid to the determination of serum potassium values.
