Compound diisopropylamine dichloroacetate tablets

Function and Efficacy

This product activates the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex by inhibiting pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase, while increasing the oxygen uptake of liver cells, promoting lactic acid oxidation, reducing blood lactic acid levels, improving the body's acid-base metabolic balance, replenishing energy, and thus improving the energy metabolism of liver cells. The metabolite of this product, glycine, generates CO2, NH3, and N5N10-CH2-FH4 through the action of glycine lyase, providing energy for liver cell metabolism and providing methyl for choline synthesis; at the same time, diisopropylamine provides methyl under the action of ATP to promote choline synthesis. Choline reacts with liver fat to generate lecithin; lecithin, liver fat, cholesterol and lipoprotein combine to form lipoprotein; lipoprotein is easily soluble in plasma, thereby transporting fat from the liver to the outside of the liver and reducing fat accumulation in the liver. This product can reduce the concentration of glycerol and free fatty acids in the arteries, reduce the liver's absorption of glycerol, and stimulate triglycerides to be secreted into the blood in the form of VLDL, thereby effectively inhibiting the synthesis of triglycerides in the liver. This product can hinder the activity of the rate-limiting enzyme (HMGCoA reductase) for cholesterol synthesis. It affects the synthesis of cholesterol and fatty acids by inhibiting multiple steps of HMGCoA reductase. This product can improve liver function. It promotes the sequential methylation of membrane phospholipids, enhances the fluidity of liver cell membranes, and increases the activity of Na-K-ATPase, which is the main driving force for bile secretion and flow. It promotes the repair of damaged liver cells, improves the respiratory function and oxygen utilization of tissue cells. It increases the metabolic activity of fatty acids, accelerates the oxidation of fatty acids, and creates conditions for the recovery of liver function. This product is a typical targeted preparation, more than 90% of which participates in biochemical reactions in liver cells. This product can delay the release of dichloroacetic acid and reduce blood sugar and lactic acid levels. It inhibits the synthesis of triglycerides and cholesterol in the liver.

Diisopropylammonium dichloroacetateIngredients

By inhibiting pyruvate dehydrogenase kinase, it activates the pyruvate dehydrogenase complex, increases liver cell oxygen uptake, promotes lactate oxidation, reduces blood lactate levels, improves the body's acid-base metabolic balance, and replenishes energy; the metabolite glycine provides energy for liver cell metabolism and provides a methyl group for choline synthesis; at the same time, diisopropylamine provides a methyl group under the action of ATP to promote choline synthesis; delays the release of dichloroacetic acid, reduces blood sugar and lactate levels; and inhibits the synthesis of triglycerides and cholesterol in the liver.
