Xiaozhiling Injection

Alum, chlorobutanol, sodium citrate, glycerol, tannic acid, low molecular weight dextran injection, sodium bisulfite.

This product is a colorless or slightly yellow clear liquid.

Local injection of internal hemorrhoids under anoscopy. Internal hemorrhoid bleeding, early internal hemorrhoids: use the original solution of this product to inject into the submucosal layer; the dosage is appropriate to be equivalent to the volume of the internal hemorrhoids. Middle and late stage internal hemorrhoids and varicose mixed hemorrhoids: follow the four-step injection method. The first step is to inject into the submucosal arterial area above the internal hemorrhoids; the second step is to inject into the submucosal layer of the internal hemorrhoids; the third step is to inject into the mucosal lamina propria; the fourth step is to inject into the submucosal layer at the bottom of the hemorrhoids above the dentate line. In the first and fourth steps, dilute the original solution of this product with 1% procaine injection to make a 1:1 ratio. In the second and third steps, dilute the original solution of this product with 1% procaine injection to make a 2:1 ratio. According to the size of the hemorrhoids, 6 to 13 ml is injected into each internal hemorrhoid, with a total volume of 20 to 40 ml.

Occasionally bleeding may occur.

It is not recommended for use on incarcerated and inflamed internal hemorrhoids and external hemorrhoids caused by skin tags.
