Function and Efficacy
1. It has the effect of resisting experimental nephropathy. Guifu Dihuang Pill can reduce urine protein, blood urea nitrogen and creatinine in rats with nephropathy caused by injection of puromycin, increase hemoglobin, and reduce kidney pathological damage. Clinically, it has the effect of increasing urine sodium ratio and reducing urine protein in diabetic nephropathy edema. 2. It has the effect of resisting hypoxia. Guifu Dihuang Pill can increase the anti-hypoxia ability of mice, and can also maintain the adenosine triphosphate (ATP) content of mouse myocardium and brain tissue at a high level under hypoxic conditions; it has a hypoglycemic effect on glucose load hyperglycemia in mice.
Ingredients
Cinnamon bark, aconite root (processed), rehmannia root, cornus officinalis (processed), peony bark, yam, poria cocos, and oriental water plantain.
Appearance
This product is a small dark brown honey pill; it tastes sweet with a hint of sourness and spiciness.
Usage and Dosage
Oral administration: 9 grams (about one bottle cap) at a time, twice a day.
