    1. Description: 

    Sodium lauryl polyether sulfate (SLES) is an anionic surfactant with excellent properties, which can be prepared from coconut. Light yellow viscous liquid, soluble in water, with excellent decontamination, emulsification and foaming properties.

    Physical properties: AES is a colorless to light yellow liquid with a distinctive sulfate odor. It has a high density and is soluble in water and ethanol, as well as in organic solvents such as ethers and chloroform.
    2. Chemical Properties: AES is a strongly basic compound that can react with strong acids to form sulfates and release alcohol. It can undergo esterification reactions with many organic substances to form ether compounds. AES also has certain emulsifying properties, forming a milky white emulsion in water and can be used as a surfactant and emulsifier.
    3. Safety: AES is a flammable liquid and should be stored in a cool and well-ventilated area. Contact with skin or eyes can cause irritation, so it is important to avoid contact.
