Performance and Application
1.Oil alcohol polyoxyethylene ether is an excellent nonionic low-foaming surfactant, which is highly soluble in water, alcohols, propylene glycol, cottonseed oil and mineral oil. It has very good emulsifying, wetting and dispersing capabilities.

2. This product is used as an emulsifying and wetting agent, as a dispersant in the rubber industry, and as one of the components of oil spill dispersants in the petroleum industry and environmental protection industry.

3. It is used as a heavy-duty cleaning agent and an emulsifier for O/W skin care products. It is used as a softener, lubricant, solubilizer and emulsifier in the production of cosmetics, and is used in the production of astringent cream and astringent lotion. OV-3 is used as a solubilizer for brominated acids in the production of lipsticks and liquid balms. It can also be used in the formulation of foam baths, shampoos, cold irons, hair removers and hair straighteners, etc.

4. This product can also be used as an oil-soluble spreading agent. This product is formulated into a transparent gel when mixed with mineral oil, isopropyl alcohol ester, refined oil alcohol and water.
