Description	Ciprofloxacin, belonging to the third generation of quinolone antimicrobial drugs, has become the most widely used fluorinated quinolone antibiotics in the world, with a similar antibacterial spectrum as norfloxacin, but with 2-10 times stronger antibacterial activity, and it is the strongest in vitro antibacterial activity in this class of drugs. The mechanism of action of ciprofloxacin is to inhibit the DNA gyrase enzyme involved in nucleic acid synthesis, and to prevent cell division by destroying the structure of bacterial DNA and sterilizing the bacteria. Ciprofloxacin is indicated for the treatment of systemic infections caused by sensitive bacteria, respiratory, gastrointestinal, and urinary tract infections, female genital tract infections, prostatitis, epididymitis, gonococcal urethritis, moderate and severe respiratory infections, intestinal infections, typhoid fever, bacillary dysentery, peritonitis, biliary tract infections, osteoarticular infections, soft-tissue infections of the skin, mycosis, mycosis and bacterial mixed infections, septicemia and intra-abdominal infections, Ear, nose, and throat infections, ophthalmic infections, periodontal tissue infections, and inflammation around the crown of the teeth.
