PKO (PALM SKIN OIL)

Palm kernel oil, also known as palm kernel fat, is obtained from the kernels of oil palm fruits. It contains a high proportion of low-molecular-weight fatty acids, which makes its properties quite different from those of palm oil but very similar to those of coconut oil. Fresh palm kernel oil appears milky white or slightly yellowish, has a solid-like consistency, and possesses a pleasant walnut-like aroma.
