Disperse Orange 37 Use and Manufacturing
Using 4-nitro-2, 6-dichloroaniline and N-ethyl-N-cyanoethylaniline as raw materials, first 4-nitro-2, 6-dichloroaniline is diazotized, and then with N- Ethyl-N-cyanoethylaniline coupling product. . Add 98% sulfuric acid to the diazotization pot, lower the temperature to below 10℃, slowly add the dried and crushed sodium nitrite, and then increase the temperature to 70℃ for 30min, then reduce the temperature to 0-10℃, slowly add 2, 6 -Dichloro-4-nitroaniline is added, and the reaction is continued to stir for 4h to obtain diazo liquid. The feeding ratio of each reactant: 2, 6-dichloro-4-nitroaniline: sulfuric acid: sodium nitrite=1:1.5:1.03 (amount of substance). Add 3-4 times the weight of diazo liquid ice water to the coupling pot, then slowly add the above diazo liquid in a thin stream, maintain (0±2) ℃, add N-ethyl-N- in a thin stream Add cyanoethylaniline and continue to stir for more than 5h after the addition, until the diazo compound disappears.
Disperse Orange 37 is an orange azo dye used in plastics.
