Molybdenum phosphorus hydroxide oxide Use and Manufacturing
The molybdenum trioxide-phosphoric acid method uses molybdenum trioxide and phosphoric acid as raw materials to prepare phosphomolybdic acid, add molybdenum trioxide to the reactor, and add water according to the ratio of molybdenum trioxide: water (mass) 1:10, after stirring evenly Then add 85% phosphoric acid (molybdenum trioxide: phosphoric acid molar ratio of 12:1), boil for 3h to carry out the reaction, the solution before the reaction is milky white, the reaction is golden yellow in the early stage, and green in the later stage. During the reaction, keep the reaction liquid boiling smoothly and add water to maintain the liquid level. At the later stage of the reaction, the Ph value is controlled at about 10. After removing the filter residue by vacuum suction filtration, add 30% hydrogen peroxide to the filter droplets to change the solution from green to yellow. . Then evaporate and concentrate to a solution temperature of 105 ℃, the solution is slowly cooled, crystallized and centrifuged.
Weighting silks; as reagent for alkaloids, uric acid, xanthine, creatinine, some metals, with hematoxylin as nerve stain in microscopy.
