It can be acetylated by (3-position hydroxyl), [9(11)-position] dehydrogenation (formation of double bond), (12-position ketone) reduction to produce titanin, and then through ring opening ( Oxidation), hydrolysis, elimination, acylation to obtain the product.

Intermediate of dexamethasone acetate.
