Methods of Manufacturing

Use aniline and ethylene oxide to react with the participation of acetic acid (hydroxyethylation) to produce N, N-bis(2-hydroxyethyl)aniline, and then chlorinate with phosphorous oxychloride and dimethylformamide formyl The nitrogen mustard benzaldehyde is obtained by cyclization of the latter with horse urea with the participation of potassium bicarbonate to obtain the product.
