Reactive Orange 13 Use and Manufacturing

Methods of Manufacturing

Using 2-amino-1, 5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid, N-methyl J acid, cyanuric chloride and ammonia as raw materials, first diazotize 2-amino-1, 5-naphthalenedisulfonic acid with N -Methyl J acid coupling, then the first condensation with cyanuric chloride, and the second condensation with ammonia to obtain the product. After salting out, filtering and drying, the finished product is obtained.

Uses

Reactive Brilliant Orange K-7G is used for dyeing and printing of cotton and viscose fabrics, dyeing and printing of wool and fabrics, nylon dyeing and silk printing. Whiteness is better.

1,5-Naphthalenedisulfonic acid, 2-[2-[6-[(4-amino-6-chloro-1,3,5-triazin-2-yl)methylamino]-1-hydroxy-3-sulfo-2-naphthalenyl]diazenyl]-, sodium salt (1:3): ACTIVE
