Dibromodibenzo[b,def]chrysene-7,14-dione Use and Manufacturing
Take the reduced golden GK (CIVat Yellow 4) as the raw material, add bromine for bromination until the bromine content reaches about 28%. Add 21kg 10%-13% fuming sulfuric acid, 1.82kg reduced golden GK, 0.1kg iodine, 0.07kg sodium nitrite and 1.3kg bromine to the reaction pot, and bromide at 85-90℃. Dilute with water, filter and wash to get the finished product.
Vat Orange 1 is a commercial dye used predominately for cotton fabrics.
