Methods of Manufacturing

Using 2-aminophenol-4-sulfonamide and 2-naphthol as raw materials, first diazotize 2-aminophenol-4-sulfonamide, couple with 2-naphthol, and then complex with cobalt chloride. The finished product is filtered and dried.

Uses

Neutral date red GRL is mainly used for the dyeing of wool, silk, nylon and vinylon in neutral or weak acid dye baths, as well as the direct printing of wool, silk and nylon fabrics. When used in the same bath dyeing of wool and other fibers, the nylon has a dark color, the silk has a lighter color, the diacetate fiber has staining, and the cotton and viscose fibers have staining.
