Hot Topics

Givaudan developed a botanical complex able to avoid perturbation in the melatonin production rhythm, even when skin is exposed to digital devices.Indeed, at a clinical level we demonstrated that our phytoactive can reverse signs of ageing, fight against deleterious effects of digital stress and improve the sleep quality of volunteers versus placebo.

Heathier Skin

As skin ages, there is a decline in collagen production along with dermal epidermal junctions. This compromises the structural support, strength and elasticity of skin, leading to a fatigued and wrinkled appearance. The neck and nasolabial fold areas demand specific beauty care, which is often overlooked and underrepresented in the market.

Formulating Innovation

Vytrus Biotech is launching a new product that will revolutionize the cosmetic industry: KANNABIA SENSEPLF, a new natural active ingredient made from Cannabis sativa stem cells that interacts with skin’s microbiota postbiotic generation to modulate the skin neurochemical networks and enhance the feeling of comfort and self-confidence through the Microbiota-Skin-Brain Axis (MSBA). It has been developed using our ‘Phyto-Lipidic Fractions’ technology based on a process designed to enrich the cell culture in signaling lipids which activate the positive MSBA.

Ashland Nightessence™ biofunctional enhances the naturally occurring nocturnal process that helps skin boost molecules such as timezyme and melatonin. Building on the current beauty sleep trend, this new biofunctional is tailored to optimize skin’s nighttime needs. It helps restore it overnight, so skin looks rested, renewed and illuminated by morning.
