Dear Vineet Kumar Pal,
The following article could be useful. Good luck.

Mr. Pal,

Currently, among the developed quantitative mass spectrometric approaches, worldwide, there can be achieved exact and reliable analytical information, in chemometric terms, by means of mass spectrometry, only via our own authored (mine and my co-author's according to the authoreship shown in references [1-3], below) innovative stochastic dynamic theory and model formulas [1,2].

[1] Analytical Chemistry Letters, 10 (2020) 703-721; Stochastic Dynamic Mass Spectrometric Approach to Quantify Reserpine in Solution; Bojidarka Ivanova, Michael Spiteller.
[2] Steroids, 164 (2020) 108750 Stochastic dynamic mass spectrometric quantification of steroids in mixture — Part II; Bojidarka Ivanova, Michael Spiteller.

Only, this theory accounts exactly for the fluctuations of the measurable variables of intensity data on analytes. For this reason, correlative analysis between intensity values according to our model equations and analyte concentration in solution at pg.(L)-1 and ng.(mL)-1 levels of mixtures yields to excellent-to-exact statistical parameters (/r/ = 0.99997-1.)
The employment of the classical approach to quantify analytes by means of total intensity value (ITOT, arb.units) over the whole time of a measurement could, or could not provide reliable results. For instance, consider some still unpublished data on analysis of steroids showing that relationships ITOT = f(conc.) yield to /r/ = 0.94-0.99951 (Attachment RGFig1.gif, [3].)
