Use bleach on all your glassware after use (10% H2O2 aqueous solution), then rinse with water. Store any heavily contaminated material (eg. filter paper, celite etc.) in a dedicated container (like an empty plastic reagent bottle) for safe disposal by your institution's hazardous materials team. Not to be a jerk but this should have been worked out before you did any reactions. Is this a home experiment? If part of research or work, is there an SOP or advisor to talk to? Waste management is one of the most important parts of Chemistry and lack of SOPs has caused plenty of injuries and deaths.
