Dissolution of palmitic acid in water

David Paul  Follow
The solubility of palm acid or sodium palm acid solves:
1] Palmic acid: first in 0.1N NaOH, 70 degrees of water bath to clarify, and then mix with the dehydration BSA
2] Sodium Palmicate: DirectlyAdd water, 70 degrees of water bath to clarify, and then mix with the abandoned BSA
PA to BSA.
Also because the solvent is changed from DMSO to a medium, palmic acid must be combined with BSA to dissolve in water, so mixing palm acid and BSA in advance according to 6: 1 Moorbi, 37 degrees Celsius water bath 1h (period period (period periodOccasionally vortex oscillation), mix with the medium and add it to the hole board. Of course, there will be some precipitated.Different laboratories may be slightly different. For example, we use ethanol to dissolve PALM to prepare mother liquid.
