Yes, of course. If the aldehyde is the highest-priority functional group, and the ring is a six-carbon benzenoid ring, they are named as substituted benzaldehydes.

Other ring systems are named using the ring system’s root name, for example 1-naphthaldehyde or 9-anthraldehyde.
