Dear Braden,
Linearization of non-linear Langmuir equation will result in four different types (I, II, III and IV) of linear equations. You may use any of the types provided the regression coefficient is acceptable. However, the use of linear equations over the original non-linear is not advisable due to inherent error.
Hence, you may plot the data by using the original non-linear Langmuir equation and test the applicability of the model by using the existing statistical tools. You may want to consider to use excel solver add-in, polymath, sigma plot etc. to ease the calculations.

This equation can be calculated from taking the inverted solution after equilibrium with the inverted quantity in order to find the equation of the straight line and then extract the bonding energy and the maximum adsorption capacity
