You may use any of the types provided the regression coefficient is acceptable. However, the use of linear equations over the original non-linear is not advisable due to inherent error. Hence, you may plot the data by using the original non-linear Langmuir equation and test the applicability of the model by using the existing statistical tools. You may want to consider to use excel solver add-in, polymath, sigma plot etc. to ease the calculations. Pleasant days ahead!
