Is the response violent? Is it possible not to do solvents without water?Or use chlorine -chlorine for solvents, without water

Try it first, do a few batches, improve the temperature, catalyst, drip speed, and even some other solvents, you can only try

Change the dripping method or see if there is a suitable catalyst or solvent

Increase the concentration of raw materials and increase the temperature and dripping rate. I feel that the concentration can be tried first

Agree with the same view above, the temperature is low and the drip speed is slow. You can check the relevant synthetic materials first, understand the best process conditions, and then change the conditional tests.

Are you going to be AOS?Your reaction temperature is too low, to prevent hydrolysis. And your drip speed is too slow.Your craft should be unreasonable. If you want to industrialize hundreds of kilograms a day, there is no competitiveness at all, so you feel that your craftsmanship should change the process.
