Magnesium alloy can only be melted with a resistance furnace. You may use the induction furnace. It is recommended that you melt it with a vacuum resistance furnace

Magnesium metal is light metal, which is not suitable for melting and pouring under high vacuum. Otherwise, it will easily evaporate or explode, which is more dangerous. It is recommended that you reduce the vacuum and pour it under low real vacuum!
