1,3-propylene glycol should not be peak in the HPLC of UV detectors. I wonder why the landlord is not suitable for gas phase?
We have a good separation effect with gas phase!And almost all the literatures are analyzed by the gas phase chromatography 1,2-propane.

You can use water for flowing. I do 1,3 propylene glycol fermentation.
