Point 1 in Andrei's answer is a nice one: I've noticed that the purity of many products is not declared in the website, anyway they ask the customers to contact them for requiring a certificate of analysis. Shouldn't the certificate be provided by default?

Infact most of such companies are repack companies, and most of sertificates for small (low cost) quantities are replicas from original producer analysis. However, for some years of chemicals trading, only two incidents of return was connected with products quality ( LANCASTER malodinitrile, 97% instead of declared 99%, and ACROS diethylzinc with etched septa in cup).
