Amino acids are both gender, but it may be biased to show acid or alkali aspects. It should be reacted with acid or alkali. It is not known if it is soluble to generate citric acid.

Due to the existence of cymbal groups, arginine is alkaline, and it is easy to form salt with acidic reactions. Its water solution is strong and alkaline, which can absorb carbon dioxide from the air, so it will form salt with citric acid. How can the solubility of salt be unclear?
