Sure. They will mix and create a super fast drying paint mixture that might lead to something very cool. However, you’ll also be rearranging the polymers and they won’t dry the way they were intended. If you do this, you might need to lock down the artwork with an isolation coat and varnish at the end of the process.

Of course it is possible to dissolve poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA, if you mean this by acrylic) in acetone, because acetone is a solvent of PMMA.

Given most people have given great answers I’ll just through in that several brands of nail polish are acrylic based and several brands of nail polish remover are acetone based. So the latter dissolving the former is a daily occurrence in some people lives.

I think you get something like this stuff, which you can packed into tubes and sell.
Unfortunately it is toxic, so you may be prohibited from selling it in Western Countries, however you could still do it in 3rd World Countries.
It is great fun.
