Is Norepinephrine essential for HL-1 cells?
It's not strictly essential to supplement them with Norephinephrine as they grow and even maintain some level of contraction without it. Although we found that they proliferate faster with the Norephinephrine. Regarding the second part of the question, I think it wouldn't make a difference.
