The tip of acetic acid is high, and the phosphate cannot be used for large proportions of organic phase (can be precipitated).
There is also a problem of buffering salt concentration. Generally, there will be no big difference, and the selectivity of individual material will vary.
In addition, I think you can get effective conclusions as long as you do it. Method development will not be smooth. The method of literature can only be used as a reference and cannot be fully believed.
