MTBE synthetic catalyst problem

Brody Cates  Follow
Amberlyst 15 is the earliest resin catalyst for MTBE etherized resin catalysts. Amberlyst 35 is an upgraded version of 15. Amberlyst 35 is better than 15. Usually 15 temperature resistance is 120 degrees Celsius. And 35 can reach 150 degrees Celsius, and the exchange capacity is also increased from 4.8 to 5.2 of 35.
I wonder which MTBE you are?

The sulfonic acid root of ion exchange resin is related to the temperature resistance! If the temperature resistance is good, the sulfonic acid root is stable and not easy to fall off. More

Generally, if the normal operation will not be overwhelmed, ask if this catalyst is seriously corrosive to the equipment? The D006 catalyst used by our MTBE is too serious to corrode the device! More
