My gummy multivitamins are stuck together and they taste a little like bile. Are they still safe to use?
Your vitamins were stored in a moist environment where the moisture is the cause of them sticking together. So they should be okay to consume. Some strength may be affected but is taking vitamins necessary?

I wouldnt use them. Each gummy has a predicted amount of minerals and vitamins, and when they melt together, not only can some of those vitamins and minerals migrate, but some may end up degrading, decreasing the efficacy of the gummy. Trust me, its not worth being cheap over replacing some that can be easily replaced.
