New material data in lumerical charge?
How to get the material data for any semiconductor material that needs to be uploaded into the material database of lumerical charge. I am trying to simulate a structure for obtaining the electrical characteristics like band structure and V-I characteristics. For thie structure I want to add Zinc sulfide as the material. How to get this material data to upload into the database as it is a semiconductor. Anyone please help.
